I published my first book, Skinny Dark Kid, early 2021. While it’s inspired by my own life, I wouldn’t call it a memoir. Why not? Human memory is incredibly fragile and I’m trying to reconstruct events that happened decades ago. Besides, our recollection of our past is often colored by how we like to remember it. Here is my book and the protagonist – the skinny dark kid. The character created by a brilliant illustrator named Eleonora Cali from Italy.
